SRM Travel is a licenced tour operator and provides actual land arrangements, and may use subcontractors and service providers to carry out a particular program. Part of the fun, and part of the risk of traveling in a foreign country is that local customs, traditions, food, accommodations and other facilities can be very different from what you are used to. We will use all our experience and knowledge, and do our best to make your trip a remarkable experience, but as you will agree, there may be unexpected situations.

SRM Travel is not liable for any act, omission, delay, injury, loss or damage, or non-performance occurring in connection with the tour due to unforeseen circumstances, or for the faults of the subcontractors and service providers.

During the run of the tour, SRM Travel guides and/or tour leaders are authorized to make the necessary changes to your benefit, in case an unexpected situation occurs. Itinerary details and specifics are subject to change.

The passenger contract in use by the airlines concerned, when issued, shall constitute the only contract between the airline and the tour member.

Although unlikely, if a tour is canceled by SRM due to unforseen circumstances, you will receive a full refund, regardless of the payment conditions for that particular tour. Prices given on tour pages -unless mentioned otherwise- are land only.

A tour deposit may be required at onset, to reserve the seat. Payment conditions and cancellation policy are indicated on the tour application form.
All cancellations should be made in writing.
